About Adam
Adam Shepherd retired as an Army Logistics Officer with more than 30 years of experience before founding Go Energistics. For the vast majority of his military career, he worked directly in leadership roles, supporting military and medical logistics functions. At the forefront of Department of Defense (DoD) healthcare integration and portfolio management, Adam had a principal role in many high visibility and high-value projects.
His military experience includes:
- San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC) and Medical Education and Training Campus (METC) projects, which integrated DoD health care and medical training on the Fort Sam, Houston, TX
- Installation Joint Task Force National Capital Region (JTF Cap Med)
- Joint Task Force National Capital Region Medical (JTF Cap Med), sanctioned to tackle DoD health care delivery in the greater Washington D.C. Area
- Corporate Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC)
