GoE supported VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) with two build-to-suit leased clinics located Chico and Redding, California

GoE’s team of experts provided project team meeting facilitation, integrated master scheduling, inventory assessment and reuse analysis, interior design with equipment/furniture room lay-ins, 3-D room renderings, medical equipment and furniture cut sheet development, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) design reviews, IT planning services and quality assurance, and gap analysis services.

Chico Outpatient Clinic: September 2017 – November 2019

The Chico Outpatient Clinic spans approximately 42,000 square feet and includes Primary Care, Mental Health Care, Dental, Ancillary Support and other specialties.

Redding Outpatient Clinic: September 2017 – December 2022

The Redding Outpatient Clinic spans approximately 72,000 square feet and includes integrated mental health, multiple medical and surgical specialties, homeless care and urgent care.
