Project Overview

In 2020, Go Energistics managed the relocation of UTSW Pathology Lab at Clements Jr. University Hospital, covering 54,000 square feet for 25 subspecialties. Services included project management, equipment relocation, vendor coordination, MEP oversight, decontamination, and commissioning to ensure seamless operations under the UTSW Master Services Contract Agreement.

In 2020, GoE provided turnkey relocation services for the UTSW Pathology Lab in the William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital as part of the UTSW Master Services Contract Agreement (MSCA) that was awarded in 2019 and renewed in 2020. In this role, GoE was responsible for coordinating preventative maintenance; disconnection and rigging; equipment decontamination, removal and move (with “leapfrogging”); new and reuse installation; bio-medical support; commissioning; and closeout activities.

Spanning approximately 54,000 square feet, this facility is comprised of lab and office space dedicated to diagnostics, research, teaching and training for 25 pathology subspecialties ranging from anatomic and pediatric to neuropathology and forensic pathology.
