In 2018, the South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS) selected Go Energistics (GoE) to deliver planning and IOT&A services on the consolidated lease project for the new San Antonio Northwest Health Care Center, which centralized healthcare services from multiple locations.
Spanning nearly 200,000 square feet, departments include dental, eye, EMS, pathology and laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, primary care, mental health, surgery, Veteran Benefits Administration (VBA), and more.
GoE’s team provided project team meeting facilitation, integrated master scheduling, inventory assessment and reuse analysis, interior design with equipment/furniture room lay-ins, 3-D room renderings, medical equipment and furniture cut sheet development, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) design reviews, IT planning and installation, quality assurance, strategic communications support, and gap analysis services.
