Project Overview

Go Energistics has been selected to provide Initial Outfitting, Transition, and Activation (IOT&A) services for the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System. The project includes renovating the 7th-floor OR and expanding the 8th-floor SICU, adding new operating rooms, patient spaces, and support services to enhance facility operations and patient care.

Go Energistics has been selected to conduct Initial Outfitting, Transition, and Activation (IOT&A) services for the Oklahoma City Veterans Affairs Health Care System as part of a design- build project. This project will renovate the 7th floor Operating Room (OR) and expand the 8th floor Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) while addressing deficiencies in the building envelope and roof of the 8th floor.

The 7th floor renovation includes three new operating rooms, pre-op and post-op areas, and necessary support spaces, totaling approximately 13,829 square feet. The 8th floor expansion will add a new 18,445 square foot SICU, which will include four isolation rooms with anterooms, private patient restrooms, 80 half-sized lockers, and 18 patient rooms.
