Project Overview

GoE is supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ renovation of VAMC Walla Walla Building 86.

Consisting of 50,000 square-feet of renovated space, the new Building 86 will enhance VA’s ability to support the region’s Veteran population through an expanded range of healthcare services, including Radiology and Sterile Processing Services (SPS).

GoE’s scope of work is comprised of IOT&A support activities, including:

  • Program and Project Management Support
  • Conducting a physical inventory of all FF&E located in the warehouse and affected spaces
  • Management of the FF&E database
  • Development of Reuse Plans
  • Initial Concepts of Operations (CONOPs)
  • Acquisition Planning Support, including the creation of the acquisition packages
  • Development of As-Built Drawings
  • Interior Design and Equipment Planning
  • RFI assistance
