GoE Energistics has been awarded for a Major Build-to-Suit lease to operate a new Multi-Specialty Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), location to be determined, in Rolla, Missouri. The size of the facility is approved for 79,291 gross square feet with 58,734 net usable square feet. The facility will provide space for Primary Care, Mental Health, Physical Therapy & Prosthetics, Eye Clinic, Dental Clinic, Audiology Department, Imaging, and include a laboratory. The facility will include 400 parking spaces.
