Project Overview

In September 2022, the Defense Health Agency - Facilities Enterprise (DHA-FE) selected GoE to deliver IO support services for the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base Veterinary Treatment Facility replacement project.

Spanning 5,277 square feet, the new veterinary treatment facility offers improved and enhanced care for Guantanamo Bay’s on-site Military Working Dogs (MWDs), service animals, and pets. Available services include veterinary care, examinations, lab services, pharmacy, MWD services, food service inspections., and expanded surgical / OR capabilities.

GoE’s team is providing comprehensive project management, team meeting facilitation, integrated master scheduling, inventory assessment and reuse analysis, medical equipment, LVS/IT, and interior design planning with equipment/furniture room lay-ins, 3-D room renderings, medical equipment and furniture cut sheet development, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) design reviews, FF&E Procurement, warehousing, installation, quality assurance, strategic communications support, and gap analysis services.
