The Advanced Leeward Outpatient Healthcare Access (ALOHA) project was being completed as a priority for the VA Pacific Island Healthcare Center (VAPIHCS) to deliver state-of-the-art, energy efficient facilities that improve and expand access of much needed healthcare for veterans.
In September 2017, Go Energistics (GoE) was awarded a contract to support planning, interior design, outfitting, relocation and activation of the multi-specialty, 69,000-square- foot clinic located in O’ahu, Hawai’i. It included primary care, mental health, dental care, pain clinic, physical and occupational therapy, prosthetics, laboratory and pathology, pharmacy and advanced imaging services. In addition, ALOHA will co-locate with the National Teleradiology Program (approx. 4,500 square feet) and the West O’ahu Veterans Center and Veterans Benefits Administration (approx. 5,000 square feet).
GoE’s team provided project team meeting facilitation, inventory assessment and reuse analysis, interior design with medical equipment and furniture room lay-ins, 3-D room renderings, medical equipment and furniture cut sheet development, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) design reviews.
GoE supported the ALOHA Clinic with the following services:
» Planning

» Transition planning & occupancy staff training
