Caitlin has over two decades of clinical experience, including 12 years in Healthcare Planning ranging from activations, transitional, operational, strategic planning, as well as facility management and project development. including experience as a healthcare planner in the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). Caitlin is well versed in statistical analysis processes for government facility requirements and programming. Caitlin is a proven transition planner with over twenty successful major and minor construction projects under her belt.
