Our Go Energistics (GoE) team of IOT&A subject matter experts provided transition planning, activation, and logistics and warehouse management services throughout building activation, move-in and first patient day, with little interruption to ongoing daily operations for the UT Southwestern (UTSW) Medical Office Building Annex. Facing a fast-tracked schedule, our team managed medical equipment valued at about $4 million, delivering 4,300 items and installing 4,200 items, while meeting all deadlines in support of an on-time project completion.
As part of the UTSW Medical Center Annex’s new 325,000-square-foot campus, the four-floor, 120,000-square- foot facility houses a multispecialty clinic, including an extension of the Peter O’Donnell Jr. Brain Institute. Additional services available at the new facility are part of the integrated UTSW/Texas Health Network, and included Pediatric Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology; Breast and Colon Cancer screening and treatment; and physical medicine and rehabilitation.
GoE’s scope of services for this project includes:
